FROM:kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org Oh, it's not a problem! And yes, that would be correct; one of four residents over here, as a matter of fact. How may I help you, my friend?
FROM: wilson.simon@cdc.org It's nothing big, I hope. But I was in there myself, before the reshuffle. The lower bunk that's opposite one of the outer doors?
FROM: wilson.simon@cdc.org We were given paintbrushes at one point, and I wondered if they were still there anywhere. And if you could spare one.
this is p late so sorry...also sort of going on a limb here, just punch me if i should edit!!
[YEAH MAN NOTHING PERSONAL......jedi habits. Hard to break.]
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org So you were a previous resident of this rover! That's quite understandable, then. ...Actually, I do think you'd be referring to my bunker. Here, pardon me a moment
[BRB as Obi-Wan actually...gets up and looks. The area had already been fairly sparse when he'd set up shop, of course, but now it occurs to him that he hadn't quite checked the bunker drawer itself...mostly since he didn't yet actually have enough possessions to warrant the space, and maybe never would. But now...
They're rolled towards the back of the drawer, fairly easy to miss on a glance--but further scrutiny and some fumbling about later, Obi-Wan retrieves them--a small handful of brushes, to his own mild surprise.
About a minute or so later:]
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org Well, it seems you're certainly in luck today! I've three or four of them here, as it turns out.
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org You could actually have them all if you like, I fear painting things never really was a specialty of mine...should I come to you, or will you be stopping by here? I'd not mind either way!
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org It would appear so! What a fortunate coincidence. But oh, no, it's not untoward in the least! Not since I've arrived here, at any rate. Rest assured I've slept in far more unfortunate beds in the past.
[oh when you put it that way though...hmm]
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org So they're assigned to the rover overall! Now that you mention it that is a good question.
FROM: kenobi.obiwan@cdc.org I suppose it'd only be fair of me to ask my fellow rovermates first, yes...but in the meantime I've no doubt we could all spare at least the one, in any case.

looks good to me! \o/
You have my old bunk? I hope you aren't turning up scales and bits of cat fur. Or anything else untoward.
FROM: wilson.simon@cdc.org
Are you sure you'll have no need for them? The one I could use, but I think the set belongs to the rover.
ah yes good then huehue

/calming yet super-ironic storm of zen? :|a
I'll certainly return it! Although I don't know quite when I'll need it. I'm rather planning ahead here.
To be honest with you, they weren't there originally. We were given them for a craft project.
[The CDC encourages creativity in its recruits, you know. Although nobody had taken it quite so literally until then.]
